Items sent on 3/5 still have not arrived & were sent back thanks to UPS policy. Despite mulitple calls to phone reps, who repeated failed to compromise or make complete & accurate notes.
UPS phone managers failed as well.
UPS complaint policy aslo does not require anyone from corporate or the receving center in South Boston, MA to follow-up on the complaint. The same truck with my packages picks up a UPS drop box at 7pm down the street from my home, yet UPS refuses to make delivery to us after that instead choosing to make 3 attempts at 2pm.
