Items shipped on 3/5 not delivered as of 3/19, despite multiple calls to the receiving center in South Boston! Phone reps repeated failed to make notation on the account to hold the product.
2 managers took my complaint, but stated that co. policy did not require anyone to respond. UPS refused to deliver when we were available, instead choosing to make 3 attempts at 2pm and sending our products back to the shipper.
The UPS drop box nearby our house is picked up daily at 7pm by the same driver. UPS policy has no regard for the customer!
