I paid for next day air. Tracking stopped tracking in KY, but system keeps telling me it is in transit and on-time.

I worked with shipper, they tell me it is stuck in KY since 02:00, which is 14 hours ago. Shipper is now sending new package next day air with Sat delivery. I had to chat with UPS because their phone message says call volume is too high and won't put me in the ***. While chatting, UPS says it will not make it till Monday, but gives no reason why.

So why won't UPS make good and get my original package to me regardless of when it gets to the local hub? That is what any other business would try to do, right?

I paid $35 to get it here today, but will be lucky if I see it by Monday. Shipper is helping me out, but at the cost of poor business by UPS.
