Our customer outside the EU ordered pick up of parcel in Germany, we the vendors are in France. UPS picked up and was then unable to make the export papers because they needed a german MRN number.
We called every day during the whole week trying to find solutions but they always gave contradictory explanations! The last day they said ok give us your EORI number and we will ship it. But 1 hour later they called to say no it won't work.
We send the shipment back.
And as usual the shipment was very urgent.
Now we have to reorganize shipment and order pick up from France, and customer refuses to give his UPS client Nr....when will this nightmare end?
