UPS - Lost package and nothing to accommodate

I sent out a package on 12/11/17 for next day delivery. I paid $35.15 for this service. Next day, my package never arrived. At 5 pm I called UPS to find out the issue and all they could tell me was that they can put in a search request to the last facility where my package was at. I spoke with a manager who told me she was going to call me back. I never received that phone call. I stated I wanted my money back and I was told that I'd have to go back to the store I shipped the package from for that. So not only did you lose my package and can't do more then say "I'm sorry" but now I have to go out of MY way to get my money back for your mess up? Called back on 12/15/17. At this point, there is no tracking information for my package at all. Again, no one can tell me why but an investigation is being opened. However, this investigation may take 8 days. There is no good resolution. There is no responsibility being taken on by the company and there is nothing being done to refund me the money that was stolen from me for this awful shipping unless I go OUT OF MY WAY! and even then, I don't know if I will be refunded.

UPS - Delivered to wrong address, Next Day shipping took a week

I am LIVID with UPS. I ordered branding stickers for my graphic design graduation portfolio show, paid for Next Day shipping which was supposed to come that Thursday. Thursday came and went, UPS updated shipping information saying something about a late flight, then claimed it would come on Friday. On Friday, it was "Out for Delivery" all day but never came, then the information was changed to "In Transit" around 9pm that day. I called them to find out what was going on and they claimed that it's "their busy season" and that my package never even made it on the truck. They told me that now I'll have to wait until Monday to get my package, which I was supposed to receive on THURSDAY. I wanted those stickers to turn in with my final project Monday morning. So Monday night, I get home from work and see a notification saying that my package was delivered to my front porch at 10:20AM that morning... except there is NO PACKAGE anywhere on my porch or on my property. I call UPS and they say they'll have to talk to their driver and see what happened. They call back TODAY and say that their driver delivered it to the wrong house (my next door neighbors) and act like it's no big deal, as if they haven't messed up over and over again. I request that they send a truck and a driver to retrieve my package from the neighbor's. Nothing happens, so I go ask my neighbor and they claim they never got any packages. So long story short, UPS delayed my NEXT DAY AIR RUSH shipping package by 4 days, then delivered it to the wrong address and my neighbors have now stolen my package. I will never go with UPS EVER EVER EVER AGAIN after this awful experience. Their customer service is absolute *** and it's on the customer to deal with their mistakes. *** this company!

My hubby ordered flowers for me for the first time on Friday, he paid for next day delivery, this is Tuesday and flowers aren't here, mind you this part is on UPS because they don't know what Google maps are for. I call avis since the charge for 108$ had cleared my account and get the run around, hey I'm not paying for next day when they are 4 days late. These clowns want to give me ACCOUNT CREDIT, LMBO, we'll never use them agian, you can't even understand the csr's. UPS - Buyer Beware

Sorry this is a bit long, just wanted to let people know how terrible the service is with this company and the lack of anything resembling ethics. The email conversation is below. I ordered a printer from Prusa Research and upgraded shipping with UPS Express saver that states Guaranteed next day service. I realize this is impossible from overseas but I figure a couple of days should be okay. Not only did it come late, the company even admits a mistake was made, but because the package was delayed already their mistake doesn't count. The problem was that even though they say customs delayed it, the package was never opened or gone through, it shipped with the same wrapping the company put it in. UPS made no attempt to correct things other than to say your package is arriving today and then closed the ticket I had opened. Just realize that the speed of delivery you pay for you wont be receiving, your package will arrive sometime. Here is the conversation I had with UPS regarding my ticket. UPS - SOOOOOO SAD!

I am a disabled woman vision impared and i dont go out of the house unless i have to ( doctors appointments) i do a lot of online ordering and i rely on UPS greatly each month i order and have it delivered and each time UPS claims it couldnt be delivered or left outside til either someone sees it and bring it in or its jacked by god knows who cause they see it just ditting there. i have a security locked door downstairs im on the second floor so when im expecting a package i put a big note on the security door AYTENTION UPS driver!!!! please BANG on door so i can open fpr you if delivering to APT 203 and what happens i dont get what im waiting for and on top of that they got UPS hubs in diffrent areas to drop your package off and you the person that paid the fee have to go pick it up from where ever they take it too..... UNEXCEPTABLE thats not what i paid for. Im very dissappointed withUPS cause ive been on the phone with them for an hour and still aint gonna get my package :-( whats the point ? UPS IS SOOOOOO ***

UPS - Fraud, Total Fraudulent Company!

I order some replacement home lighting fixtures and needed them right away, so I ordered next day air. I was home waiting 5 feet from my front door and looking out my large opened window to the front of my house when I received a email saying my packages had been delivered. WoW I never saw a faster moving UPS Driver as for one you cannot see. There was no delivery and I did not receive any packages. This is my third issue with UPS and next day air resulting with the same fraudulent statements. "Packages Delivered to Front Door". Upon calling UPS and telling them there is an issue with this driver or drivers and it should go to Management, there answer is "this is a Amazon Problem and I must contact them". Sorry UPS it is not a Amazon Problem and until you realize this Fraudulent Act by your driver it will continue!

I paid extra to have my birth certificate mailed quickly and not only have i never recieved ups held my package and would not let me pick it up because my address on my id dod not match the mailing address which was given to vital check correctly i do not know why it never reached my house. I tried to explain this to vital chek and they tried to charge me an extra $13 to change my address to the one on my id because of ups regulations so i can pick the package up. I spent $44 with this company and i havent recieved my birth certificate or a response from vital chek and no answer from customer service.
