Waiting for my next day package to be was due by 10.30 am.its now 3.30 .i called the cust ser dept.i was advise i would recive a call back with in the 2 hours later still no call back.i call back and was advise they call me back.they advised my package id delayed 3 hours due to a power outage.i replyed it now 4 hours late.i asked speek to a superviser was placed me on hold for over 30 minutes waiting fot this super who never picked up.the cust support came back on saying my package will be her by 5.00 .and would i like to talk to the reply i have been waiting for over 30 your a zero in my book
