UPS - Refused to Refund me my money for their mistake

I found out today after using their site to create a label that next day air does not mean you will get it Saturday even if you choose Saturday Delivery. I needed the package by today and created a label so it would arrive today. They said the label was created for Monday because it was the next business day. I called UPS twice directly and the store once. All I got was the run around about how they are not responsible because the shipper which was their store chose air next day for Monday not Saturday and they refused to refund me my money. Now I am out of $100 and the time sensitive package will be destroyed due to late delivery. I will not create another label. Make sure when using the site and the person who ships the package to choose the correct label otherwise you will get nothing but the run around.

Translation: I was too silly to read the material and didn't know what I was doing when I created the label.

Rather than act like an adult and cop to the mistake, I blame someone else.

UPS - Next Day Air Rip-off

I ordered an item online and selected UPS next day air. The driver never knocked on the door, just left a slip to pick-up at the access point. The Access point never got the package that day. I guess he was too busy to leave the package at the office complex. Day 2..it's Saturday, the access point said the driver will only come on Saturday for special deliveries. like Next Day Air. Since I paid $30 for Next Day Air, I figured he would come today. No. Called UPS customer service. Spoke to Rep named "Carisma," and she actually laughed and chuckled at my experience, and offered me the "option" to have it delivered to the access point on Monday, or left at my door on Monday, because apparently, UPS is closed on Saturday and Sunday. So the only option is Day 4? I requested a refund and asked to speak to her supervisor to report her unprofessional behavior and was left on hold for 30 minutes. Still on hold while I'm typing this review. Don't know how to request a refund. I will never use UPS again in my life, and will encourage people to use a more reliable and forthright service.

SHIPPER SENT NEXT DAY AIR ON 5/31/2017. ARRIVED IN CONCORD, CALIFORNIA 6:23am on JUNE 1, 2017. Driver failed to deliver unethical. We called UPS AND they said on 6/2/2017 at 730pm NO SCAN FOR OVER 24 HOURS SO THEY PUT IN AN INVESTIGATION SAYING MUST BE LOST. NO DELIVERY ATTEMPTS MADE. HOME ALL DAY. FULL VIDEO SURVELLIANCE NO UPS. Checked back online at 8:40pm and driver lied and posted time stamp 715pm delivery attempt and received requested delay delivery. LIES LIES UPS DRIVER NEEDS TO BE FIRED. CALLED IN AND guess what CUSTOMER SERVICE FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DRIVER!!!

A 2nd air UPS delivery was scheduled for Friday so I rescheduled all my meetings for that day. A mechanical error happened at 4am that day and they rescheduled. Mind you the city the mechanical error occurred in was less than 100 miles away. But instead of delivering a few hours later, or the very least, the next day, the supervisor just told me it might arrive, at best, three days following that mechanical error. She added UPS is not liable for any compensation of any kind for delay. Best part is she has never even confirmed a Monday delivery either. Need to keep rescheduling all my meetings or perhaps quit my job to keep 'Waiting for Godot'.

Same thing happend to me!!!!U wouldnt have ordered the idem i needed for this Saturday if they wouldnt be able to deliever on time!!!!My tracking info said that the delivery would be made by the end of the day on friday and then i recieve another notification saying something went wrong and new delivery was scheduled for Monday!!!!!!!I am beyond frustrated.....i agree with this customer if you cant garantee next day delievery please state it on the ordering info.Or i would suggest working with FedEx instead of Ups!
