had a very important tim sensitive package shipped via UPS, not my choice, and it never arrived on time, it was left behind at their los angeles facility and on their tracking system online it said it would be delivered at least one business day later. my client left the hotel by the time the package arrived and subsequently I lost the client and the sale, $7000 worth of time, fabrics, labor to be messed up by an incompetent carrier that shouldn't be offering contractual options to deliver when they can't. the Ups lawyer will be coming to a small claim court on monday, I filed against them, will update after that.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $7000.

Preferred solution: class action.

I didn't like: Estimated delivery time, Inaccurate tracking, Dealing with ups its disgusting.
