Boss shipped crashed computer back to home office. First: they failed to collect proper paperwork requiring return trip to their depot; Second: they lost the package; Third: they claimed that they had twice attempted delivery but couldn't collect payment-a bold-faced lie; Fourth: numerous emails, live chats and phone calls to "customer service" prove both frustrating and futile; Fifth: finally had to drive out to the airport at rush hour, no less, to retrieve a package that a monkey could've delivered to a downtown address; Sixth: filed a complaint with the company the following day and was told I would receive a return phone call with one hour. Sold-the Brooklyn Bridge!
