THEY DAMAGED A MICROWAVE AND REFUSED TO PAY ME, THEY SAID IT DIDNT HAVE BUBBLES AND THEREFORE WILL NOT PAY, I SENT HUNDREDS OF MICROWAVES THROUGH THEM BECAUSE I AM A SELLER ON AMAZON AND THEY HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM, HUNDREDS OF MICROWAVES AND THEY MESS UP ONCE AND WILL NOT HAVE MY BACK, I ALWAYS "DECLARE VALUE" SO I PAY EXTRA SO IN CASES LIKE THIS UPS SHOULD HAVE MY BACK BUT NOPE, THEY WILL NOT PAY, AND I ALWAYS SEND ALL MICROWAVES THE VERY SAME WAY , IF BUBBLES WERE THE CASE , ALL MICROWAVES WOULD BE DAMAGED RIGHT,?! WELL THEY LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER BECAUSE THEY WERE MAKING PRETTY GOOD MONEY OFF ME, NOW IM WILLING TO CHANGE TO FEDEX I HAVE A FRIEND THAT DOES THE SAME FOR LIVING AS ME AND TOLD ME THAT FEDEX DID PAY AND DOES PAY FOR DAMAGE CLAIMS, I JUST WISH THERE WAS LIKE A BIG LAW SUIT AGAINST UPS I FOR SURE WILL JUMP ON THE WAGON, REALLY FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGED OF...FOR NOW SAVING ALL PROOF OF THIS INCIDENT, DONT USE UPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVER!!!!
