I work at a puppet museum and theater in KC MO. We hired a puppeteer to come from Florida to perform a show.

She mailed her stage & puppets a week before the show, because she was flying in. They were sent by ground to Kentucky, and then one was sent back to her in Florida. She called UPS and complained and UPS said they would send the packages by airmail so they would arrive. All the packages except the one with the puppets arrived.

That box was 30 minutes away from its destination in a warehouse, and she was not allowed to go pick them up. The show was ruined because of UPS.

Airmail? That's a postal service, as in USPS, not UPS. You're in the wrong section hahahah.
