Customer support told me a package was undeliverable my old address where they tried to deliver. Problem being the shipper has never known my previous address and has sent 8 plus items to me at the correct address which I have resided over 13 months.

Have done business with the shipper only 3 months, so, how the *** was the shipper suppose to use an old address they have no knowledge of.

Take responsibility for your own actions UPS instead of cheap first grader excuses blaming your own customer. Your lie was as cheap and inconvenient as your service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

This sounds like the fault of the shipper, not UPS.
