So I ordered 2 items online and the package was supposed to be delivered to my home address. However, I was not able to be home so I re-routed the packages to my work address using "My Choice" and got a confirmation. Then next day:
Package 1: "Delivery Disruption. Sent back to Shipper"
Package 2: Completed. Re-reuted to local ship center.
What!?!?!!? Then I called in:
Package 1: Sorry, we cant do anything about it. Please contact Shipper.
Package 2: It states online that the package can be picked up at the Maspeth location but I knew better to ask. Then the customer service rep tell me "Actually, the package is actually at 325 W Houston St shipping center". Then I asked are you sure the package is there now so I can go pick up and it was confirmed. When I arrived to the 325 W Houston location, they told me that the package will not be there until tomorrow!!! WHAT THE ***!!!! I have never been this pissed off in my life!!!
