My Choice is not working at all!

I have spent hours and several days trying to redirect a shipment from my home to my work. UPS online system would freeze up and unable to make any changes. The system got bugs. I tried calling UPS customer services. They are poorly trained and unwilling to help at all. I'm a small business owner. If I have an employee who don't care about my customers, I would lose my office. UPS needs to make the My Choice more user friendly and hire the right people. UPS management needs to wake up. I am going to ask all my business associates to use other shipping methods.
