I sent a box from Dallas to Taos. It was heavy, over 13 pounds, and my friend who shipped it for me did not tape the bottom.

So I can believe the bottom broke out on its own.

What I cannot believe, is that confronted with a broken box, the UPS employee who taped up the box and sent it on, could have "lost" all the items from Italy and "found" to put back in the box all the used items from Target that were in there simply to keep the precious Italy stuff from shifting around.

My friend reported the missing contents.

I called but was not allowed to talk to anyone in Investigation. "Don't call us.we will call you."

That was three weeks ago and no word from UPS
