UPS is definitely NOT the shipper it claims to be!! Shipped Christmas presents & was told that they would be delivered on Monday 12/23 ***GUESS WHAT*** I WAS JUST INFORMED THIS WOULD NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS!!!!
This was presents for children who really don't understand why they received Christmas presents after Christmas what kind of a messed up person does this?
UPS does not care about the customer they only care about their bottom line, so I guess the average Joe slips through the cracks on their bottom line, if they did care they would have hired enough temporary help to fulfill the orders they were so willing to take from people & not deliver on time!
My shipper from now on will be Fedex as they stand behind their word. I also just found out that their normal delivery schedule is one day less than UPS.
Now I know why the UPS uniform & truck color is BROWN because they give you *** for service!
