Not resolved

I ordered a surround sound system online, and it was delivered by UPS.I have requested a phone call 15 minutes before they arrive at my house so I can be there to receive it and let them pick up the other pkg that this one was replacing!

the delivery guy, dropped it at my front door (it's a $900 system with the picture on the front), the box was all banged up and tore up.I just happen to be checking the tracking a couple of hours after it was delivered.

What kind of way is that to run a delivery business???
