I did receive my package on scheduled deivery date BUT i really should have had it much sooner than that. I live in Central Texas and have dealt with packages sitting somewhere for a couple to several days before....I dont quite understand why my package sat in San Antonio, Texas for FOUR days???!!!!!

I know that there are specific routes depending on destination.. but seriously?? To know my package was only 2 1/2 hours away from me but didnt get to me for FOUR DAYS is very upsetting... i should have had my package by the 21st or 22nd of April at the latest...

just because a package has a scheduled delivery date doesnt mean it cant be early...i honestly dont believe my package sitting in one place for 4 days is worth the $6 shipping i paid.. which i hope to get reimbursed because of UPS RIDICULOUSLY LAZY EMPLOYEES!!!

I am a UPS employee and we are anything but lazy. Ninety-nine percent of UPS employees are hard-working, kind, and ethical people.

However, we are human and mistakes sometimes. But (I am speaking of the majority of our employees) we come to work every day and respect the packages and customers we service.
