UPS issued me a tracking number which I checked on daily until the delivery date. On the delivery date, they posted "Adverse Weather Conditions" and no delivery took place. I telephoned UPS to see what happened because the weather was sunny and beautiful.

I was told by a UPS Rep. that because of excess snow at my city--the delivery truck could not move. There was ZERO snow at my city and the Rep.(who was a half a continent away from me) informed me that I was surely mistaken !

I asked to speak with a supervisor and was informed that my situation did not warrant a supervisor !

My opinion of UPS is somewhat tainted by this experience and I would never accept deliveries from these people again----E V E R ! This type of corporate "incompetence" is almost what this country expects :

"The two most common elements in the universe are hydrogen and stupidity"--

Maybe the place it was coming from was snowy.
