Recently an inhuman UPS driver left my important package in front on my apartment door without a slightest concern that it might be stolen. My apprehension came true, the package was stolen, obviously by an equally uncivilized tenant.
Now I am going back and forth with the shipper but to no avail. UPS customer service is horrible and I sympathize with other people who have gone through similar situation. I am not sure how this company is surviving that has no concerns for customer satisfaction.
I guess monopoly is the name of the game. Imagine having to pay for a merchandize which you have not received.
