Not resolved

I have had two packages in the last month lost by UPS, they just try to push me in circles and I get no where with them! After having an investigation opened twice on the first package they are now telling me there is insufficient information to locate my item.

They have all the info they should need to either locate my items or reimburse me for the cost of the items. Yet they choose to just be deadbeats about eh matter.

It is so frustrating that they refuse to make things right I will absolutely never ship with them again. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
