Tracking showed that a package had been delivered to my door,but it had not.(Sidenote: I work at home and have dogs that bark anytime a delivery person comes.) I called UPS to try and figure out the problem; a customer service rep named Shayla hung up on me.
So I called back and got a representative who seemed concerned with both the facts that a rep had hung up on me and that my package was misplaced.
However, after his steps towards handling the problem, I was notified that UPS would contact me the next day with follow-up.Of course, no one ever called or emailed me to follow up.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $12.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Customer service, Disgusting customer service, Incompetent delivery driver.
