UPS lost one of my boxes and damaged every item (computer, printer, monitor) in another. I packed the boxes correctly. It was not my first time packing the same items and sending via UPS. The box they "lost" was full of clothing and other personal items. How the *** do they lose people's property when everything has tracking numbers???
They sent me one hundred dollars for losing and damaging my property. This demonstrates to me that customer satisfaction means nothing to UPS. As a matter of fact it is a disrespectful attitude toward customers.
UPS owes me money. I want my reimbursement now.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $1900.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
