Paid to have an important item shipped next day air/overnight. Guess what, package is missing. I called UPS and, as usual, they have no idea and offer NO help. Complete and utter indifference towards customer satisfaction.

Normally, I would not care if a package came late, but I NEEDED this package that day because I was leaving the country.

Bottom line, UPS really has no accountability to its customers, and makes ZERO effort to ensure customer satisfaction and that it actually does what it supposed to do.

There are other options to UPS: I would highly suggest that you use ANY of them (FEDEX, DHL, and gasp, even the US postal service)

Monetary Loss: $8000.
