Not resolved

I ordered and already paid for an $80 upholstery tool I need for my carpet cleaning business. After waiting over a week when it was supposed to be three days it never came.

Called to see what was going on. UPS said they lost it but never called to let me know. They said they aren't responsible for lost packages. Had to reorder, repay and pay for shipping a second time and have to wait again for it.

Now I have paid for the same tool twice and still waiting for it. I have three customers waiting on me missing out on almost $500 and a forth that canceled that cost me over a $150. This is not the first time having trouble with UPS.

This company needs to be shut down. A two legged dog can do better at fetch than they can deliver packages.

Monetary Loss: $800.
