UPS only delivered partial shipment to my customer. We called UPS on 9/6/2018 and reported the incident. We called every single day since the incident happened. We sent photos and detail information . UPS was at fault.
Every time we called, a different manager would answer and every single manager did not had a clue about the incident . It was like starting over and explain the situation about the incident. They never had an answer.
Today 10/16/2018 we called and we were told that the claim was denied due to package used during shipment . We do lots of shipments daily and the box is the same we use for all our shipments for this specific customer.
Always a nightmare dealing with UPS.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $500.
