UPS lost my iPhone 5 replacement in their own store.It has taken them 3 weeks and the phone is still not delivered.

The Sprint has to order another replacement of the replacement. Again to be delivered 2days air and nothing! I still have to pay my cellphone bill when I haven't used the phone, which is their own fault! I have missed important calls and I don't have an extra phone to use in the meantime.

I have kids and what if an emergency happens!

No way of me contacting anyone.This is not fair a lot to me and I still have to pay the bill.3 weeks of no cellphone because of UPS lack of delivery and care.

Monetary Loss: $690.

It is your own fault for not having kept an old phone as a backup for situations like this.

You could even buy a cheapie basic phone to use while you wait for the replacement. Then , you have a spare for future times when your current phone goes bad.
