Trying to return a damaged item I purchased on EBAY, The were supposed to come and inspect it and the driver said I had to package up the item and they would take it another day.They did not come back.
I call customer service and they lied about everything twice. They would not tell me when they would pick up the package and transferred me to people who did not know anthing about the previous conversations. The seller at EBAY has not contacted me since.
I will not buy anything from EBAY or use UPS ever again
.They all lie!
