I am sitting here at my desk on 11/24/17 and reading through the UPS so called status report of my order which was to arrive this week. It states that contact was made with me on 11/22 and that "A delivery appointment has been scheduled with the consignee" for 11/27.

All lies. No one from UPS ever made contact with me, or even left me a voicemail so that I could respond. I have been waiting all week for this item to arrive to complete my home office, and was here, ready to receive it. Then when I called their offices just now, the (very nice lady) employee from "small packages" informed me the freight department is CLOSED today.

Are you kidding me? The height of the holiday season kicking off today on Black Friday, and UPS Freight is closed??

Unbelievable. Will never do business with UPS if I can avoid it.
