Ordered parcel from France, being sent via UPS, tracked successfully through France and then notified by email on Sun 28th Feb that it would be delivered on Monday 29th Feb. Knowing that no-one would be home I logged onto UPS site and re-arranged delivery for Weds 1st March.

Received email on Mon 29th to say that a delivery had been attempted and a 2nd attempt would be made on Tues 29th Feb.

Logged back onto site and confirmed delivery for Weds 1st.

Got home to find UPS had left note to say parcel had been taken to collection point. Drove 7 miles to collection point to find parcel was not there as it was out for delivery on Tuesday 29th.

Tuesday 29th receive another email to say 2nd attempt had been made and if no-one was there for 3rd attempt parcel would be sent back to Sender ! Phone to ask what was happening and the woman on the phone said my request for delivery on 1st was logged on the system but the drivers do what they want!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $182.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service.
