Ordered a new cell phone through a great company, and UPS was supposed to deliver it next day. Tracked my package around noon and found to my surprise that the driver said no one was there by that name and it was deemed undeliverable, BS!!!!
the driver never stopped by. So I called their call center and spoke with a rude customer rep and a manager or supervisor who had more attitude and disgust with people(great career choice ZOEY). Then after an hour I got a call from the local office and they told me my package would be delivered the next day, HAHA. So I check the tracking and they deemed it undelivered again!!!
I'm in sales and my new cell phone was to replace the one that got broke and my clients who pay my bills cant call me. So UPS does not care for the customer or their needs.
Do not use UPS!!! be smart and use FEDEX or DHL or even pigeons
Monetary Loss: $300.
