I ORDERED A FAN FROM AMAZON UPS DRIVER MADE ONE ATTEMPT LIED ABOUT THE SECOND ATTEMPT BECAUSE I WAS HOME AND THEN CLOSED OUT THE SHIPMENT SAYING HE CAME 3 TIMES WHEN HE NEVER EVEN CAME TWICE!I CALLED UPS SPOKE TO ABOUT 7 PEOPLE AND NOONE HELPED!

THE LOCAL STORE GOT MY NOTICE AND ALL THEY SAID WAS CONTACT SELLER WHEN UPS THEMSELVES MADE THE ERROR. I CANT BELIEVE WHAT IVE DEALT WITH, NOONE HELPED. YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAID? CALL THE SELLER AND GET A REFUND.

INCOMPETENCE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

LAST TIME I GO THROUGH UPS OR AMAZON.FEEL PROUD!

I didn't like: Delivery, Unethical business practices, Poor customer service, Customer service agents.
