Yeaterday I called T-mobile, I needed to get a new phone since mine is freezing up. When I placed the order I paid for overnight.

I checked my tracking this morning on the UPS website, apparently I wont receive my phone till Monday. I called customer service and the woman was very rude. The representative also told me that T-mobile pays them for shipping. T-mobile does not pay the shipping, I do.

Next time I will be ordering from places that don't use ups and I will go to stores.

I was told I won't get my package till monday. I am beyond pissed off.

UPS IS worthless. I have had to cancel multiple orders because they keep coming up with address is incorrect.

They have delivered here at the house in the past, so now all of the sudden I must be on the damn moon. Do they advertise for imbeciles to deliver?
