This is an experience I have already had 8 times and I can promise you, I won't buy online anymore.Instead I will call the company I will buy from and beg them to ship with an alternative carrier, I am happy to pay more!
They never deliver to our house, only to our mailbox - 2 miles away from our house... Even when I call ahead and tell them that whatever it is they cannot leave it at our mailbox and I am willing to pick it up at their place. I am always told that "Mam, we do not deliver to mailboxes" which is a total lie because that is the only place they deliver to! There is no light at our mailbox and anyone can just stop and pick up the package.....
and today they left one there in torrential rain....good job UPS!!!! I can't believe anyone is still using you, my take on your company is that you only hire people who cannot read or write.
Well, at least I guess this package (like the other 7 packages before) is at our mailbox.The delivery receipt only shows "other" and they cannot reach anyone anymore because it is past cut off.....how nice, my package now can spend the whole night in a flooded area, and the delivery driver did not even think anything of that......come on, which package is not safe on a main road into a large neighborhood with hundreds of cars going in at out during the day plus in torrential rains......
This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to "never to use ups again". The author is overall dissatisfied with Ups. The most disappointing about ups delivery service from Ups was people do not have a single brain cell Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
