We were to receive a UPS Blue package that was 1' long and 34 lbs. it was a steel bar from a major material vendor.

They lost our package, listed it clearly on the tracking page that they lost it, then tried to charge us additional handling fees so they wouldn't have to refund the charges for lack of delivery. Shipped on 03/10/15 received 03/17/15 and they still want their money. So much for guaranteed delivery. When the package did arrive it was in perfect condition.

On 03/16/15 UPS tracking said "A late UPS trailer arrival has delayed delivery. Delivery will be rescheduled" But they still claim it is our fault.

Unbelievable UPS!!! Their whole guarantee is a ***!!!!

This person wrote the review because of "ups blue guaranteed delivery lie" at UPS. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants UPS to issue a full refund.

The most disappointing in user's experience was unethical business practices. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
