Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Shipped package to wrong address....140 pound package and we put in claim. They have given us the run around for 3 weeks.

Their investigation department is an absolute joke!!!! DONT USE UPS!!!!!!!!! every day for 2 weeks I call them up. Every person is like the move Groundhog Day.

You give them the information, and they allegedly take notes.....then you call back the next day and it begins all over again.

This is $25,000 worth of stuff they lost and it is causing delays on a construction job.....No one there gives a flying hoot about it and they all continue to pass the buck. RIDICULOUS!!!!
