2 claims filed in December for UPS mishandling of breakable items. UPS denied both, said my packaging was good enough, unless I wanted to appeal (which I did) 30 years in business and 3 claims had one last year they denied.
no one will call back after they say they will, messages left, unanswered, multiple emails. WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH MY APPEAL? Why pay for insurance on 100s of packages a year?? UPS won't make good on them, they said do you think UPS mishandled?
Lets see my guy throws boxes on to his truck, I watch him, isn't this mishandling. UPS should be reported to NYS attorney general's office, they can just ignore customers, deny valid claims.
UPS SUCKS. POST OFFICE IS MUCH BETTER
