I paid for 2 Packages on Aug 29th. UPS said the picked up 2 packages at the address but there was no scan of pre printed bills.

After 5 days I received a call that the packages had not been delivered by the receiver. I called UPS they were not helpful at all. They could only tell me that UPS did pick 2 packages but when I checked the tracking numbers via UPS web site no shipping had started. after 4 hours of trying to understand I finally gace up and begged them just to go back and pick up the packages.

I was promised a call back. Didn't happen.

Called back explained again and now waiting again for call back.

Correct solution would have been: Sorry for that we will immediately pick up the packages and ship over night for our mistake. NOT!

I will never never never recommend nor use UPS again. And will tell all about this bad experience.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
