I dropped the package off on Dec 3, at my local UPS Store to ship 2 day air to my husband in CHS with 7 Christmas gifts in it. Dec 6 it still hadn't arrived and I called.
Was told they would call me back. They didn't. I called Dec 7, and was told they would open a lost ticket. They weren't showing they had picked it up from the store, but the store said they had, but it was common for the UPS driver's to fail to scan packages when they pick them up.
Called today Dec 9, and was told it would take 8 business days to research, and that starts today, because they didn't do anything over the weekend or Friday, and the big kicker, they can't tell me anything, but can only communicate with the store from where it was sent.
This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Use any carrier other than UPS.
Monetary Loss: $2500.
