I have a specific request for UPS to give me an estimated time of my package arrival time on a commercial location, and two different customer serviced had assured me that possibilities. On the day of the package arrival, I called to make sure on the arrival time and this customer lady told me that it is impossible for her to do that because the delivery is not for residential.

The storage told me that they can't accept anything and I would have to be there to accept it. I had promised the storage that I will do that and now I couldn't. This is a joke.

P.S.: They don't even offer any help or any compensation for my misery. I paid f****in almost $200 for a joke.

They even suggest me to wait at the storage until the package arrive. Are you guys kidding?
