Over a week ago an UPS driver picked up 2 packages going to our son at Camp Pendleton. A week later we find out that they cannot ship to his address.
After being on hold over 45 minutes 3 separate times, we talked to 3 different rude representatives that basically said he will have to pick up the packages from a different location which is at least 30 minutes away. They also added that there is a UPS location on base at Camp Pendleton but that would be an additional $20.00 charge.
( we are unsure as to why these packages didn't at least make it to Camp Pendleton as that is his address on the packages). #1 The UPS driver should of caught this #2 why did it take over a week to find this out #3 no one from UPS contacted us (the customer) they waited for us to ask why the packages weren't delivered.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $700.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
