I ORDERED 2 PAIRS OF SHOES FROM ALDO FOR MORE THAN 50% OFF WHICH UPS WAS SUPPOSED TO DELIVER. LONG BEHOLD, THEY GO AND DELIVER IT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND NOW THERE IS AN OPEN INVESTIGATION WITH NO SHOES IN SIGHT.
I HAVE A WEDDING TO GO TO TOMORROW AND HAVE NO SHOES TO WEAR. It REALLY shouldn't be that hard though. Now they are looking to refund me, but those shoes don't even exist in their inventory any longer! WHY ARE THEY SUCH IDIOTS?
They need to hire more competent and literate people. UPS: FIND MY SHOES DANGIT!
