UPS is incompetent and doesn't deliver as promised. They had a package floating around trucks and/or there facility for 3 days.

They claimed they delivered it and there was no package. After calling them and being on hold for over 30 minutes to talk to someone they insist the package was delivered, then talked to a supervisor and they said they would check with the driver. Well the driver didn't deliver the package, only left the card and UPS finally found the package after 2 days of calling them and guaranteed they would deliver the next day. They failed to arrive at the home that day and tried to claim the package was once again delivered.

They don't bring things to the house in some areas, they think it is perfectly fine to leave it 1 mile from the house along side of the road where anyone can see it. They promise a call back that day and finally call back 5 days later to say the package was delivered. They are full of bull!!!!!

Don't waste your money paying for UPS delivery, they don't deliver to the door and don't know up from down. Ship FedEx they deliver to the door!!!!!!!!

This person wrote the review because of problem with delivery of ups shipping from Ups. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $100 and wants Ups to have the product delivered.

The most disappointing in user's experience was delivery left alongside road, said delivered when not delivered, changed city of delivery and customer service rude. If you have a chance, please immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
