UPS is sloppy!Customer Service has no idea of what is going on and this "we can't give you the station's direct phone #" is bull!
What the heck? Austin/Buda station continues to miss-sort packages, causing me to have to get product to customers LATE! And, when I call to get an explainamtion it is always, well...I am sorry, but that's all it says. DUH, that's all I see when I look-up the tracking info myself...what good are you???
I am officially moving all of my business to FedEx and Lonestar.
