Awful experience, never got the package.Amazon initially said if I order by certain date in December it will be at my door by Dec 27th.
After ordering gave me a message that it will arrive on January 3rd instead. UPS brought the package to my door on Jan 3 and as I was not at home, left a label to pick from the local UPS store in 7 days. They never tried a second attempt for delivery. When I went to local store, package was not there and was sent back to Amazon "because I refused it".
I called the 1-800 UPS number, earliest possible (7:30 am), they found the package and promised to resend to local UPS store. Then by midnight same day, package was shipped back to Amazon.
UPS manager said they made errors but are not able to help.I should contact Amazon directly.
Monetary Loss: $85.
