My Package was supposed to be delivered Monday I had changed the delivery to a ups access point because i didn't want it sitting outside of my home all day well all day that day the tracking said it was in transit and out for delivery well i waited the package never showed up .Now Tuesday rolls around and tracking stated as requested delivery to a ups access point had been completed and then destination scan after that the tracker said due to a sorting error that the package would be delayed at least one business day.

Now its Wednesday and all day today the tracking says on vehicle for delivery well it never got delivered to i paid a visit to the ups customer center and they informed that my package was across the street in a trailer and it would not be delivered until the next day...I have had it with ups and im done using them...This company has gone down hill totally and there headed down the wrong path very fast.

This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to have the product delivered as the author lost $500. The author is overall dissatisfied with Ups. The most disappointing about package from Ups was unethical business practices, delivery and poor customer service Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
