I ordered a package two weeks ago. UPS physically had it once and then never had it again, even though my package tracker said it was being delivered to my house that day.

Then, it changed the delivery date two times and the same thing happened again. I called UPS and they said found part of the package and that was the last they saw of it. The woman I talked to said "I don't know why the driver didn't notice it wasn't a full package, but you know how they get in a hurry." Um, no!

I understand that keeping track of thousands of packages is hard, but losing someone's package like that--which I am sure they have done numerous times--is ***. I am extremely upset with the services.
