I sent a parcel from Mexico. When it arrived in the UK, Customs charges had been added, with no notification to me.

As soon as I became aware of this, I started contacting UPS to enquire why these charges had been added and how I could pay them, rather than the recipient. It took several months before I had a personal reply with an explanation. By this time, it seems my package may have been destroyed. I am requesting a full refund of costs, including package contents and yet still have received no financial compensation.

This has been going on for over 6 months. Customer services, when called, were beyond useless, too.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss pricing issue of international shipping. UPS needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
