I am in Canada. Package I didn't request came from US.

Driver asked for $58. I said send it back. Then bills started requesting 58. Each time I called UPS and was told problem fused.

Now bill collectors are demanding payment. UPS had me on hold, back and forth for hours. They don't know how to fix issue as file has no record of other calls and promises of closure from UPS.

This cd damage my credit rating. May go to lawyer or small claims court...any other ideas?
