I had to send a chain and couple of dresses to my sister for her daughter's first bday. UPS charged me $93 with insurance and tracking and collected UK 100 pounds as customs.

Which they never told me before shipping neither evidence they paid customs. If you are a international carrier, you should know, item above certain value be charged customs, you inform customer.

Their customer service manager was like very disrespectful and did not even try listening to issue and hung up on me. I am no more going to UPS and make sure each every contact of mine stays away from this company.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $250.
